The ‘Grow with HSE University!’ Forum: ‘A Platform for Communication and Reinvigorating Ideas’
In late October, the ‘Grow with HSE University!’ forum was held in Moscow. The forum aimed at encouraging an exchange of best academic practices and cultivating cooperation between the University and various schools. Teachers and administrators from 76 regions of Russia and 16 countries took part. Over 3,500 people signed up for the forum, and even more people joined the events online. The plenary discussion alone was watched online by over 15,000 people.
HSE English Portal Ranks First among Russian Universities’ International Websites
The Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) has published their latest analytics on the digital internationalisation of Russian universities. This year, the English version of HSE University web portal topped the list.
Media Literacy: New Trends, Opportunities and Challenges of the Information Age
On November 8 and 9, HSE University hosted the All-Russian Conference 'Media and Information Literacy in Russia: Latest Trends.' The conference was organised jointly by the Russian Committee of the UNESCO Information for All Programme and the Institute of Media of the HSE Faculty of Creative Industries. The event was timed to coincide with UNESCO's Global Week of Media and Information Literacy.
